Volunteer at the Fair!!
We need Category II Volunteers to bring the fair to life! We know you are busy, so most shifts are 45 minutes or less. Please feel free to sign up for a full morning, or just 30 minutes during Open House -- your time and presence really makes the difference.
Here are the ways you can jump in:
Set Up Crew: Unpack book crates. That's basically it! There is a diagram to follow, so the hard part is done. We just need you and your muscles.
Teacher Preview Helper: Be an extra set of hands for Mrs. Oviedo, help teachers with gathering their selections for the book cart.
Cashier: Scan books & ring up purchases, run credit cards, accept cash & help students with their e-wallets.
General Helper: Be the friendly face answering questions, helping kids find books, and being an extra set of hands.
Trinket Table Helper: Students can't access the trinkets themselves; but they can see all the trinkets and posters displayed on the wall. You will grab the student's selections and give them to the cashier.
Open House Shifts: This will be the biggest night for our book fair. You can sign up for a short 30-minute slot during open house so you can help us out and still enjoy time with your kids seeing their class room and the art show!
Tear Down Crew: Same as Set Up, but in reverse!
If there is a shift you are interested in working, but need to adjust the time, email us (vpcommunications@junctionptc.com) and we'll will be happy to work it out with you!
Thank you for helping us make all the book magic happen!!
