Districtwide K-5 Math Pilot: Curriculum Materials Preview (Night 2 of 2)

A Message Sent on Behalf of RCSD Educational Services

Roseville City School District is excited to announce we will be piloting two K-5 math curricula, Amplify Desmos Math and SAVVAS enVision+, from January to April 2025.

Throughout the pilot, we will gather feedback to ensure that each program aligns with California state standards as well as RCSD’s goals and expectations for high-quality math instruction. We will evaluate how well the materials support student learning, meet the needs of diverse learners, and provide meaningful resources for our teachers. Our goal is to select a program that truly benefits both students and educators.

RCSD deeply values the input of our families and community members. You are invited to review the curriculum materials and share your feedback as part of the adoption process. Materials will be available for preview at the RCSD District Office on January 8th and February 23rd from 6:00–7:00 p.m. All families and educational partners are welcome to attend.

In addition, we will host informational webinars for both programs. The publishers will present an overview of their curriculum on the following days:

We look forward to seeing you at our Community Review Nights and to partnering with you as we evaluate these programs.

Registration opens Jan 26th for the 2026-27 school year!

The Roseville City School District welcomes you and your student(s)! We are thrilled to have you join our community and are here to support you in your registration and/or transfer process. On this page you will find updated information and links that will help guide you through each process.

Registration for the 2026-27 school year will open on January 26, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: As an update to the decision to maintain current grade-level configurations for the 2026-27 school year, Chilton Middle School will be closed to new student enrollment effective January 1, 2026, due to reaching its enrollment capacity. This cap of enrollment ensures all current 5th grade students in the Chilton feeder pattern can attend Chilton next year and maintains the current student enrollment.

Students new to RCSD residing in the Chilton Middle School attendance area will be overflowed to Cooley Middle School for the remainder of the 2025-26 year and next school year.

The Board of Education will conduct a school boundary adjustment process this spring to accommodate expected student enrollment increases in the out years. Once finalized, the updated school boundaries will take effect in the 2027-28 school year.

Districtwide K-5 Math Pilot: Curriculum Materials Preview (Night 1 of 2)

Message originally sent via ParentSquare 12.11.25: https://www.parentsquare.com/feeds/67319129
